For E-ink ebook eReader product only, as e-ink reader is a very dedicated ebook reader and is a very delicate piece of nanotech equipment. 

 

Any online purchase - 7 days 1-1 exchange from the date of purchase * - e-commerce platform only

 

14 days 1-to-1 exchange from the date of purchase (Shopee/Lazada/Qoo10)

 

1 year limited local warranty or International Warranty by the manufacturer (Boyue - Shenzhen and E Ink Holdings Inc. Hsinchu, Taiwan)

 

Condition on Exchange limited to 

1. Device unable to operate, start, non-responsive (within purchase grace date)

2. Device has functional defects as such as:

    a. Button (s) spoilt
    b. Non-responsive screen (if applicable)
    c. Screen display issues **
    d. Connectivity issues
    e. Hardware issues (factory fault)

 

Conditions that are excluded but not limited to

 

1. Physical defects caused by mishandling/manhandling/user negligence

2. Rusting, corrosion and/or water contact

3. Packaging defects 

4. Free Gifts (s) and Promotional Items (luck draw)

The refund/return may not be accepted in the following cases:
① The item has been damaged by the customer's fault. (except for only opened package upon the door to door delivery)
② The item value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer's usage/consumption.
③ The item value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive sale.
④ No "change of heart" as this is an ebook reader dedicated for reading purposes only, NOT meant for game and multimedia usage.
